Technology Infrastructure Fiber Ring 

Package T1 provides a resilient fiber connection between the district’s campuses and the operation center. The district currently has a connection between all campuses but is in some locations terminated at the campus site. If a fiber cut occurs between the campus and the operations center the campus or multiple campuses lose connectivity. Many of the infrastructure systems rely on the fiber connection to operate. Those systems may include the internet, intranet, phone system, air conditioning, and various safety systems. The installation of the fiber ring will provide a secondary fiber path to each of the district’s facilities.

  • Total Project Cost (Architect, General Contractor, Fees, Equipment)-$569,647

  • Construction Manager Conterra Networks

  • The construction budgets for the Bond Program encompass architect fees and all related expenses.

Project budgets can change during design, and completion dates are subject to change based on weather, materials availability, and contractor labor irregularities.
