Security Cameras, Servers, and Card Access to All Facilities

The first step to ensure that Mansfield ISD is a great place to live, learn, and teach is to establish a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and the community.  As technology ages and comes to the end of its life cycle, MISD is dedicated to replacing it with the latest technology and safety equipment.  The 2024 Bond will enable MISD to replace items and equipment that are approaching or have exceeded their end-of-life cycle. Upgrading this equipment will maintain a high level of security at all campuses and departments so that students and staff can learn and work in a safe and comfortable environment.

  • Package S2 Security Cameras, Servers, and Card Access to All Facilities

  • Total Project Cost (Architect, General Contractor, Fees, Equipment)- $11.043 million Estimated Completion December 2026

  • Contractor TBD

  • Project manager, Britney Fortner, Director of Safety and Security 

  • The construction budgets for the Bond Program encompass architect fees and all related expenses.

Project budgets can change during design, and completion dates are subject to change based on weather, materials availability, and contractor labor irregularities.
