High School Online Course Offerings
Learning is a year-round experience at Mansfield ISD. Summer school offers high school students the opportunity to take online courses for credit recovery or credit acceleration. Courses are divided into two semesters. Each semester counts as one half credit and students can sign up for either one or two courses. If a student needs to attain or regain credit for a full year-long course, the student would need to complete both semesters of the course.

Intermediate & Middle School Grade Recovery
Intermediate and middle school students who did not meet the promotion requirements specified in District Policy EIE(LOCAL) are provided the opportunity to receive summer intervention to assist the student with achieving acceptable levels of academic performance.
Students will take an online course through Edgenuity to recover grades. Parents will receive notification by an administrator or counselor from the student’s home campus if summer intervention is necessary for promotion.

While this is not a requirement, we encourage parents and students to take advantage of these summer learning resources. Learn more
