Mansfield ISD Multicultural Fest on March 3
Join Mansfield ISD in a celebration of the community’s strength in diversity at the sixth annual Multicultural Festival.
The free event takes place on Saturday, March 3 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the MISD Center for the Performing Arts, located at 1110 W. Debbie Ln., Mansfield, TX 76063.
The festival features student performances, interactive games, arts and crafts, a living museum and food stations that all showcase the cultures represented within the MISD student body and community. Organizers said people of all ages will enjoy it.
“We have more than 100 different languages and cultural backgrounds represented here in the Mansfield ISD community. This is an amazing opportunity to bring everyone together to celebrate how we may represent many nations, but we are all one Mansfield ISD,” said Jeanne Cassidy, marketing coordinator for the MISD Center for the Performing Arts. “We encourage families to come out and enjoy all the wonderful activities while truly embracing and celebrating our entire community.”
The Multicultural Fest is free and open to the public.
