All Mansfield ISD parents/guardians are encouraged to complete the district’s engagement and satisfaction survey. The results will help campus and district administrators identify areas of strength and set goals for improvement.

The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Please note that no identifying information will be collected or reported except for the name of the campus being referred. Those who do not have internet access at home can visit the campus to complete the survey.
