In Mansfield ISD, parents and students have the opportunity to choose the educational pathway that is the best fit for them, even if it is located outside of their designated attendance zone.

These pathways are part of MISD’s Power of Choice initiative, which includes science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) academies, fine arts academies, Early College High School, two-way dual language programs and more.

The application window for the STEM academies, fine arts academies and Early College High School is now open. The applications are for students going into grades 3-9 in fall 2021.

Interested parties have until Friday, Jan. 29 at 4:30 p.m. to submit an application.

The other Power of Choice programs will open their application windows later in the spring semester.
