Michael Fleming (Mr. Mike) - ISS Aide
Mr. Mike is a valued member of the Cora Spencer community whose positive influence reaches far beyond his role as ISS aide. He serves as a trusted mentor and role model for students while providing steady support to staff wherever needed. Known for building strong relationships, maintaining high expectations, and bringing joy to others, he helps create a safe, welcoming, and encouraging school environment. Whether assisting in classrooms, supporting students through challenges, or enthusiastically joining campus traditions—including dressing as a scarecrow for the Kindergarten Barnyard Bonanza—Mr. Mike consistently goes above and beyond because of his genuine care for others. His compassion, reliability, and dedication make him deeply beloved and an invaluable part of the Spencer family.

Dr. Deborah Mabry - Associate Principal
Dr. Deborah Mabry is an exceptional leader whose dedication has transformed the lives of students, families, and staff at Phoenix Academy. As the administrator overseeing the high school DAEP program, she leads with compassion, integrity, and high expectations while creating meaningful opportunities for student growth, accountability, and success. Known for her open-door leadership style, tireless work ethic, and strong community partnerships, she consistently supports students, families, and colleagues with care and purpose. Her commitment to mentoring staff, encouraging students, and building positive relationships has helped create a culture of hope and progress. Through her steady leadership and unwavering advocacy for students, Dr. Mabry continues to make a lasting impact across the Mansfield ISD community.

Maggie Aguilar - Secretary
Maggie is a beloved and essential member of the Tipps community whose kindness, dedication, and joyful spirit make a daily impact on students, staff, and families. Known for her warm smile, helping hands, and willingness to support anyone in need, she helps keep the campus running smoothly while creating a welcoming environment for all. She is trusted for her wisdom, compassion, and ability to make others feel valued and cared for. During this year’s ice storms, she thoughtfully prepared crafts for students to take home so they would have meaningful activities if school was canceled. Whether supporting Quest programs, assisting at school events, or simply brightening someone’s day, Maggie leads with heart and service. Her selflessness, positivity, and deep love for her campus make her truly unforgettable.

Anne Marie Harmon - FAA MUSIC TEACHER
Anne Marie is an exceptional educator and leader who consistently elevates those around her. As the music teacher in the fine arts academy, she has guided students to achieve at the highest levels, including earning the top rating at the Pride of Texas Festival. Her dedication extends beyond the classroom as the lead teacher and a trusted source of guidance for colleagues. She leads with poise, professionalism, and a calm presence that brings order and confidence in challenging situations. She also goes above and beyond by supporting events outside regular hours and taking on additional responsibilities whenever needed. She inspires fellow educators to set higher goals and strengthen their own classrooms. Her outstanding classroom management and willingness to share effective strategies have helped others improve their teaching practices.

Curtis Galipp - TECHNOLOGY
Curtis Galipp is an outstanding leader whose technical expertise, dedication, and service make a lasting impact across Mansfield ISD. As Lead Campus Technician, he consistently delivers innovative solutions to complex challenges, manages projects with precision, and supports staff with exceptional care and professionalism. Known for his strong work ethic and willingness to help at any time, Curtis goes far beyond expectations to ensure others have what they need to succeed. Respected by colleagues and those he leads, he fosters a positive, supportive environment and models the very best of servant leadership.

Brittany French - 1st grade teacher
Brittany French, a first-grade teacher at Martha Reid Elementary, is a dedicated educator, mentor, and leader who exemplifies service with heart. She consistently supports colleagues, guides new teachers as campus KEYS Coordinator, and is a trusted source of encouragement and leadership. Committed to student success, she uses data intentionally to provide high-quality instruction while creating a classroom where every child feels valued, challenged, and cared for. Her impact extends beyond the school day through continued mentorship of others and unwavering support for students and families. Through her compassion, integrity, and leadership, Brittany French is truly one of the heartbeats of Mansfield ISD.
