Forbes Magazine named Mansfield ISD to its list of America’s Best-in-State Employers 2022. For the state of Texas, MISD was in the top 100 for a third time since 2019. Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to pinpoint the organizations liked best by employees in their ranking of America’s best employers by state.

“I’m so proud that Mansfield ISD was selected as one of the best places to work in Texas,” said Superintendent of Schools Dr. Kimberley Cantu. “We work hard in our district to build a culture that is supportive of our employees. The fact that they and others in the education field selected us from the thousands of other choices demonstrates that Mansfield ISD really is a great place to live, learn and teach.”

This recognition was created through a survey of 70,000 U.S. employees across 25 industry sectors. Recommendations were collected directly from district employees as well workers across the education industry. The survey considered every aspect of an employee’s experience such as working conditions, salary, potential for growth and diversity. Of the thousands of companies eligible for this recognition, only a select few are awarded in each state.
