MISD Board of Trustees Elects New Officers
The Mansfield ISD School Board is operating under newly elected officers.
Courtney Lackey Wilson, who won her re-election for the Place 7 seat on Dec. 8, is now the board president. Michelle Newsom is the board vice president, and Desiree Thomas will now serve as the board secretary.
The officers were elected and assumed their positions at the Dec. 15 board meeting. Officer positions are held for no more than two one-year terms.
