After nine rounds of competition, Shreyanshi Prasai, a 7th grader from McKinzey Middle School, won the Mansfield ISD Spelling Bee by correctly spelling bowsprit.

The annual event featured campus champions from both elementary and middle schools, including seven returning competitors. Among them was Robert Fisher, a two-time reigning champion from Worley Middle School.
