Mansfield ISD Celebrates Teacher Appreciation Week

This school year was met with various challenges amid a global pandemic. However, Mansfield ISD teachers remained resilient and did their best to ensure students continued getting the best education possible.

Teachers are heroes, and they touch the lives of so many.

That is why every year during the first full week of May, the nation takes time out to recognize teachers for the critical role they play in educating and shaping our future leaders.

National Teacher Appreciation Week 2021 is May 3-7, and Mansfield ISD would like to thank all of our educators for unwavering dedication and commitment to their students and their families.

“There are not enough words to describe how much I appreciate and value our teachers here at Mansfield ISD," said Superintendent Dr. Kimberley Cantu. “This hasn’t been an easy school year, but they remained resilient and always put students first. Mansfield ISD community, please help me in making our educators feel extra special this week. Our teachers are truly amazing.”

MISD employs more than 2,100 teachers. All of them are integral to the learning process of the students.
