Early voting is open now through April 27 before Election Day on Saturday, May 1.

Three seats on the Mansfield ISD Board of Trustees are on the ballot—Place 1, Place 2 and Place 4.

Place 1 and Place 2 are up for re-election. They are both three-year terms. Place 4 is an open seat that was left vacant when former Trustee Raul Gonzalez retired, which expires in May 2022.

The candidates for Place 1 are incumbent Michelle Newsom and Kenneth Chalk. For Place 2, the candidates are incumbent Desiree Thomas, Yolanda McPherson, Philip DeGroat and Theresa Okoro.

Corinne Fiagome, Christine Beason, Meagan Sutton, Denise Lunski, Kevin Robedee, Keziah Valdes Farrar and Brad Crane are vying for the Place 4 seat.
