Utility bill must have service dates within the previous d 30 days of July 22 or be more current. 

The bill needs to have the parent's name, and the service address. Proof of Residency must be a water, electric, or gas bill.  

The office will be closed Friday, July 19th and July 26th.  The office will also be closed the morning of Wednesday, August 7, 2019.

The office will be closed daily from 12:00-1:00.
