MISD Teacher Job Fair

The MISD Teacher Job Fair (PK-12) will be on Monday, April 25 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the Dr. Jim Vaszauskas Center for the Performing Arts (1110 W. Debbie Lane, Mansfield, TX 76063).

Campus and district representatives will be onsite for this one-day event which will be conducted in-person by appointment only. Interested applicants must register to attend this event.

Reserve your spot! Registration for the MISD Teacher Job Fair is March 1 - April 20, 2022.

Eligibility Criteria

Certain eligibility requirements are necessary in order to apply for the job fair. The following applicants should consider applying:

  • Fully certified teachers
    • A standard teaching certificate is required.
  • Student teachers
    • Student teacher applicants must be certified by June 2022.
    • Applicants may fax (817-548-2153) or email (misdjobfair@misdmail.org) a copy of their status letter to finalize appointments.
  • Probationary certified applicants
    • Probationary applicants must have a statement of eligibility.
    • Applicants with certifications in needed areas (secondary math, secondary science, special education, career technology) will be considered per available space.
  • Health or Physical Education applicants
    • Health and P.E. applicants must have another content area certification.

If you are ineligible for the job fair, you are welcome to apply for positions online. Ineligible applicants include previously employed MISD teachers, previous job fair attendees (Spring 2020-Spring 2021) and individuals without a confirmed appointment.

2022 MISD Spring Job Fair

The in-person teacher job fair will be on Monday, April 25 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the Dr. Jim Vaszauskas Center for the Performing Arts.

Interested applicants must register to attend no later than April 20, 2022.

Registration Process

Registration for the job fair begins Monday, March 1 and concludes on Thursday, April 20, 2022. All attendees with a confirmed appointment will have the opportunity to interview with representatives from Mansfield ISD. Appointments may be assigned based on content and grade level need.

Registration Steps

  1. Apply online by selecting the job fair pool(s) of your choice. (You must have a Skyward FastTrack profile to apply.)
     
    • You will be able to select one or more of the following pools as your position of interest (Step 1 on Apply with MISD)
      • Teacher ES - Job Fair Pool
      • Teacher IS - Job Fair Pool
      • Teacher MS - Job Fair Pool
      • Teacher HS - Job Fair Pool
         
  2. Complete the registration form.
     
  3. Save your confirmation email as your job fair appointment receipt. (Please allow up to three business days, excluding district holidays, for processing and confirmation of your registration time.)
