Smart Tag
The Transportation Department is getting Smart Tag ready for implementation for the new school year. Our goal is to have special needs and elementary students online before the end of this school year. All parents of Pre-K, kindergarten, and first graders must be registered in the Smart Tag parent app, and each student must have a bus tag to scan into the school bus. Smart tag will be available later for bus riders in high school and middle school on regular routes. All riders will be expected to have a Smart Tag badge to scan on and off their school bus.

To register for the SMART Tag Parent Portal, families must have the following information ready:
- Their child’s student ID number
- Their child’s date of birth
- The school their child attends
