Employee Child Transfers
The transfer window closed on February 12, 2026. Applications submitted after this date will be placed on a waiting list. Campuses that no longer appear as choices are closed to additional transfer requests. Applicants will receive an email notification once their application has been reviewed and processed.
Children of Full-Time District Employees
Eligibility for Full-time Employees
- Employees can request a transfer for their children to the campus/feeder in which they work if space is available.
- Same campus re-application not required: If the employee's child is already on an approved transfer and continues at the same campus, no new application is needed.
- For changes in grade: If the child is changing campuses (e.g., moving to 5th, 7th, or 9th grade), a new application is necessary.
- All transfer applications are reviewed in the order received.
- Employee children transfers are for the children of employees only. (Grandchildren, nieces/nephews, and other relations are not eligible per policy FDA (LOCAL).
- Transportation: not provided.
ATTENTION!
ALL transfer requests are reviewed in the order they are received. It's important to submit your transfer application as early as possible, as delays in submitting your request may result in your requested campus reaching capacity before your application is reviewed.
