Transcripts / Educational Records Requests
Students who have graduated or no longer attend Mansfield ISD may request transcripts (educational records) through their former high school.
High school students currently enrolled in Mansfield ISD may request a total of 10 transcripts from their campus at no charge. After the 10th transcript request, students will be charged $2.00 for each transcript requested.
Former students may request transcripts by mail, email, fax or in person. A valid photo identification must be submitted at the time of request. The following forms of identification are accepted:
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid state ID
- Valid passport
- Military ID card
- Valid Mexican Consulate ID
A parent or legal guardian may request a transcript if the student is under 18 years of age. Students who are 18 years of age or older may designate a parent, legal guardian or other third party to pick up a transcript on the educational records request form.
Obtaining Your Transcript
- By mail - Print and complete the educational records request form and mail to the last campus attended, along with a copy of an accepted identification and $2.00 fee per transcript. Cash, checks and money orders are accepted. All transcript requests can be mailed to the address for the designated school.
- By email or fax - Print and complete the educational records request form. Transcripts are $2.00 and may be paid for online using one of the links below for the last high school campus attended. Email the form along with a copy of accepted photo ID and confirmation of online payment to the appropriate campus registrar listed below.
