Students who have graduated or no longer attend Mansfield ISD may request transcripts and other educational records through their former high school.
Education records are records that are directly related to a student and that are maintained by an educational agency or institution or a party acting for or on behalf of the agency or institution. These records include but are not limited to report cards, transcripts, enrollment forms, attendance, immunization, health, student discipline files and 504 records.
High school students currently enrolled in Mansfield ISD may request a total of 10 transcripts from their campus at no charge. After the tenth transcript request, students will be charged $2.00 for each transcript requested.
Former students may request transcripts for a fee of $2 per transcript. A valid photo identification must be submitted at the time of request.
Parents or legal guardians may request a transcript if the student is under 18 years of age. Students who are 18 years of age or older can also designate a parent, legal guardian or other third party to pick up a transcript on the request form.
Obtaining Records
Complete the school's request form and pay any necessary fees. Current high school students are allowed 10 free transcripts. A $2 fee per transcript is required for all graduated students or students that have reached their free transcript allotment.
