Student Loan Forgiveness

In certain situations, you can have your federal student loans forgiven, canceled or discharged. For more information and required forms, visit the Student Loan Forgiveness page. Your loan provider will be able to assist you as well.

Instructions

  1. Once you obtain your form, please fully complete page 1 and put your name and social security number on page 2. Keep the instruction sheets for yourself.  
     
  2. Deliver your form to Human Resources using one of the following methods:
  3. Once your form has been completed and signed by Human Resources, it will be emailed to the email address listed under "Borrower Information" on page 1 of your form.
