Mansfield ISD Statement Regarding Senate Bill 10
Senate Bill 10 (SB 10), enacted by the 89th Texas Legislature, became effective Sept. 1, 2025. Mansfield ISD is required to comply with SB 10 as well as all other state laws. The district recognizes parents, students, employees and community members have differing feelings and opinions about the display of the Ten Commandments in classrooms; however, as a Texas public school district, Mansfield ISD must comply with current law.
