MISD College Testing (SAT/PSAT/ACT/TSIA)

Sophomore and junior students can learn strategies and tips for preparing for the upcoming PSAT test by attending a review session.

• The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) helps students prepare for the SAT and provides entry to the National Merit® Scholarship Program, an academic competition conducted by NMSC.

On October 14, 2026, Mansfield ISD high school students will participate in the annual College Day of Testing, providing valuable opportunities to prepare for college and career pathways at no cost to families.

• Freshmen will take a portion of the TSIA2
• Sophomores and Juniors will take the PSAT/NMSQT
• Seniors that are not CCMR met will need to take the TSI or the ASVAB.  Students who have already demonstrated readiness can take a college visit, etc.
