The PSAT test will be administered to all MISD sophomore and junior students on October 26, 2021 at their home campus. (Freshman will take the PSAT 8/9, sophomores will take the PSAT and juniors will take the PSAT/NMSQT.)
The PSAT 8/9 is the first test in the SAT suite of assessments. It sets a readiness baseline, allowing students and teachers to pinpoint areas for focused practice as students progress through high school.
The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) helps students prepare for the SAT and provides entry to the National Merit® Scholarship Program, an academic competition conducted by NMSC.
Sessions will be held from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at Summit High School (1071 Turner Warnell Road, Arlington, TX 76001). Sessions are free and identical, so please feel free to attend on any date.

The SAT school day test will be administered to all MISD juniors on March 2, 2022.
Spring 2022 SAT Strategy Sessions (for Juniors)
Strategy sessions will be held at the MISD Center for the Performing Arts (1110 W Debbie Lane, Mansfield, Texas 76063) from 9 a.m. - noon. Sessions are identical, so please feel free to attend on any of the remaining dates.
