Selecting Courses
To get dual credit (high school credit) the course must be part of our dual credit agreement. View the course guide for list of acceptable classes. If you have questions about course selection, please reach out to your campus counselor.
Adding Courses to Your Transcript
Effective Summer 2023 - The practice for adding courses to your transcript (for courses taken on your own at TCC) is being adjusted.
If a student is seeking credit on the high school side, the student will still need to provide a college transcript to the high school counselor or registrar indicating the grade earned for the course completed.
Students will be allowed to provide a numerical grade from their TCC Canvas course history. Students that choose to submit their numerical grade, should include that with the transcript provided to the high school counselor or registrar.
If a student does not provide a numerical grade, it will be converted based on the grading scale in the course guide listed below:
Letter GRade |

Students who have already submitted transcripts for dual credit courses this summer, may still submit the numerical grade and it will be updated accordingly.
