Becoming an AVID Tutor
The initial process for prospective tutors is to complete an AVID Tutor Application in Skyward. After completion, you will then be contacted by e-mail to complete a pre-screen questionnaire and to schedule an interview.

Tutor Training
AVID Tutors are trained to facilitate the AVID 10-Step Tutorial Process. For the 2024-2025 school, AVID Tutor Training will be in-person for new and returning tutors. If selected, you will be informed of your required training date and location.
