Public Information Requests

Mansfield Independent School District, as a local governmental entity, is subject to the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act. 

All requests may be submitted via the electronic form linked below and contain: 

  • A description of the request 

  • Requestor’s name 

  • Requestor’s phone number 

  • Requestor’s email address 

  • Requestor’s physical address

The request must ask for records or information already in existence. The Act does not require the district to create new information, to do legal research, or to answer questions.
