Dr. Jim Vaszauskas Center for the Performing Arts
The Mansfield ISD Spelling Bee will be held on Friday, Feb. 10 at 9 a.m. at the Dr. Jim Vaszauskas Center for the Performing Arts.
The district spelling bee, sponsored by Mansfield Sunrise Rotary Club, will include the student champion from each MISD elementary, intermediate and middle school campus. The program will be livestreamed and archived on MISDTV Productions for those who are unable to attend in person.
The winner will advance to the Star-Telegram Regional Spelling Bee to represent our district.

Dr. Jim Vaszauskas Center for the Performing Arts
All interested students in grades 8-12 are asked to join Mansfield ISD & inspirED for a FREE college and career planning event on Tuesday, Feb. 21 from 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Dr. Jim Vaszauskas Center for the Performing Arts.
The event will include activities and presentations tailored towards planning for college and career after high school. Topics will include college prep, paying for college and much more.
All attendees will need a ticket for entry. Learn more about Destination Success and get registered!

T.A. Howard Middle School Library
In an effort to promote more two-way conversations between the Mansfield ISD School Board and the community, the MISD Board of Trustees and Superintendent Dr. Kimberly Cantu will host a community conversation meeting on Wednesday, March 8 from 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at the T.A. Howard Middle School Library (7501 Calender Rd., Arlington, TX 76001).
Attendees will be able to address members of the school board and the superintendent with questions and concerns and receive direct feedback.
