Policies
• Look and act professional at all times .
• Always be on time. Call if you will be late or are ill.
• Look for things to do. Do not sit or lay around while others are working.
• Pick up after each treatment. Work neatly.
• Record all treatments accurately.
• Respect all athletes, athletic trainers, and coaches.
• Be observant, and ask questions.
• Do what is needed or asked in the Athletic Training Room or Field.
• No food or drinks in the Athletic Training Room or Field.
• No tobacco use at all.
• No swearing. The Athletic Training Room is not a locker room.
• Enforce all Athletic Training Room rules swiftly and courteously.
• All tattoos must be covered.
• Hairstyles must meet professional standards.
• Male student athletic trainers are not allowed to wear earrings while on duty.
• Keep all conversations and actions professional.
• Document your work daily.
• Keep all information on student-athletes CONFIDENTIAL .
• Be loyal to all staff and team members.
• Attendance in mandatory for all classes, meetings, workshops, etc.
• Represent yourself, your family, Mansfield Timberview High School , and the program positively .
• Maintain clean appearance and shaven at all times .
