Payment Notes:

Checks may be made to THS choir.

We do accept cash, check or money order.

We will hold post-dated checks for a reasonable amount of time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Dallas Trip Option: No Cancellation or Refund for Dallas Competition May 2nd once it is paid by or on October 24th 2008.

San Antonio Trip Option: Refund of Deposit Only will be made through Friday, October 31st. NO refund will be made after the October 31st deadline.

If payments become delinquent by any more that two (2) months, the student reservation will be dropped with no refund. No exceptions.

This is a "No Pass/No Play" trip. You MUST be passing in order go.
