CLASS VISITATION FORMS

PROCEDURE FOR SCHEDULING CLASSES 

• Fill out class visitation form, email or send to library
• Check dates for availability
• Email Mrs. Rike indicating preferred scheduled dates. 

You will receive confirmation by email.

• Contact your department head if you need to schedule more than two visits per  month.  The department head will then email the request to Mrs. Rike.
• Confirmation will be emailed to the teacher and department head.
