Training Room Rules
Be on time.
Report all injuries to Coach Waller or Coach Smith.
If injured, you are expected to report to the training room early for treatment and rehab.
If injured, you are expected to report to the training room at 6:30 a.m. every morning for treatment until you have been released.
If injured, you are still expected to show up for practice, rehab, and treatment.
If you have business in the training room, fine: if not, STAY OUT!! It is not a place to socialize.
You are responsible for all special equipment issued to you (crutches, braces, splints, etc.). Turn in when you are finished with them!!
Rehab will be done before taping!! Taping only for games and injuries.
Do not wear shoes of any kind into the training room.
Always wear work out clothes to training room (shirts and shorts) but not equipment (pads, helmets, etc.).
Do not use training supplies or equipment without permission.
No self-treatment!! Athletes are not allowed to start or end any treatment at any time!!
No food, drinks, or tobacco use in the training room.
Take a shower before routine treatment after practice.
No loud talking, horseplay, improper language or comments in the training room.
NO ONE should be in the training room without an athletic trainer present!!
Wait your turn. If you have any problems or questions, ask Coach Waller or Coach Smith.
THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO WHINING IN THE TRAINING ROOM!!!
Keep all personal conversations to a minimum, that is why the phone was invented.
Athletes failing to be respectful to others will face termination of athletic training privileges.
