TCC Dual Credit Informtion and Downloadable Forms

Summit High School offers dual credit; students receive high school credit from Summit High School and college credit from Tarrant County College. Listed below are the qualifications:

**TCC dual credit is for juniors and seniors only
**Students must have 17 credits or more and an overall grade average of 85 or above to be eligible.
**Juniors may take US History
**Seniors may take English Composition (replaces English 4), Government, Economics, and/or Algebra
**Counselors schedule TCC classes for 1st and 4th block and seniors taking classes cannot have senior release.
**Students are allowed to take only two TCC classes per semester
**Classes are two days a weeks, either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
**There are no TCC classes on Friday
**If a student's grade drops below 70 for the semester, students are NOT allowed to re-enroll the next semester.
