2. Return order form and payment (cash or check made payable TA Howard - please include student's first and last name on the memo line) to Mrs. Maddock in room 113A.
NOTE: Personalization and options available online only. Non-personalized books may be purchased at school or online.
Personalized books available only online, only through 1/23/2009.
Books are $32 until 1/23/2009. After 1/23/2009, non-personalized books will cost $35 (in-school or online).
Any books purchased before 1/ 23/2009 will be guaranteed. After 1/23/2009, a limited number of books will be available on a first-come, first-served basis!
