Ms. Elizabeth Hostin   

My name is Elizabeth Hostin and I am thrilled to be at Martha Reid.

I am married to Lonnie, have two sons and love living in Mansfield. My oldest son is attending University of Texas at Arlington and my youngest is at Mansfield High School.

I was raised in Lexington, Kentucky and graduated from the University of Kentucky. I moved to Texas after graduation and started teaching at Workman Jr. High. I then spent 6 years at Arlington High and loved teaching. I received my Masters from the University of North Texas and then went on to the University of Texas at Arlington to get my administration certificate.

I taught at JLBoren before becoming an administrator. I was an assistant principal at Tarver-Rendon and then became a principal for Imogene Gideon Elementary. I was in that position for 4 years before coming to Reid.

I love to read, swim, watch my boys play sports and walk my dog, Tiny.
