Welcome to the Mary Lillard Physical Education Webpage!
Objective: The goal of Physcial Education is to build physical coordination, strength and an understanding of fitness, along with developing one's social acceptance toward others while working in large groups.
Materials: The students need to have the following for P.E. Class: Black or red shorts, grey T-shirt and tennis shoes that lace up.
Failure to bring these supplies to class EVERY DAY will result in a point deduction for the daily class dress/participation grade.
Grading: The student’s grade will be calculated using these categories:
- Dressing out/participation 70%
- tests/warm-ups 30%
- IF STUDENT FAILS TO DREES OUT IN PE CLOTHES AND /OR PROPER SHOES, THE STUDENT IS REMOVE FROM CLASS TO WORK ON HEALTH CONCEPTS.

Parents: We want you to be aware that warm-ups, stretching, and cardio based activities are a part of our daily routine, along with our game/skill we are learning. Health concepts will also be taught weekly according to the MISD health curriculum.
Parents: If you have any questions over fitness gram, please email your child's coach!
Sign-ups for School Clubs will be on September 15th. More information to come.
