John Goins (left) was awarded the Mansfield ISD Heartbeat Award Wednesday, May 2.

Associate Superintendent, Dr. Claude Cunningham, surprised Goins while on break at the MISD Job Fair with the award, a t-shirt and a cookie bouquet.

Goins is the teacher of the SUCCESS program, a special education class at Mary Lillard Intermediate School. see news release »

 

Spring 2007 Grant Recipients

The Mansfield ISD Grant Giveaway Team visited Mary Lillard Intermediate on Wednesday, March 21 to surprise several staff members with Education Foundation Grants for the Spring 2007 school term. The lucky recipients were:

  • "Music Made Mobile" - Melinda Schweig, Eric Bolden
  • Congratulations to our Fall 2006 Grant Winners! Grants were awarded November 2006.

March 29, 2007 - Mary Lillard Intermediate school fifth grade Science teacher Burke Egner (right) was surprised Thursday, March 29 by students and Superintendent Vernon Newsom with the Mansfield ISD Heartbeat Award.
