March 2011 -

The MISD Education Foundation presented a grant of $10,000 to fund a program called "Make an Impression with ActivExpressions 2," submitted by John Goins. Click here to view the complete list of winners and the photo gallery.

This Fall, the MISD Education Foundation awarded 24 mini grants to individual classroom teachers for projects up to $250. The mini grant funds will directly benefit students in the Mansfield Independent School District and will make a positive difference for them.  

• 6th grade Content Master Teacher Charlie Breen received $224.90 to fund his grant project, “Hands on Projects.”
• SUCCESS teacher Ralph Corvagilla received $194.85 for his grant project, "Hands on Projects."
