Davis Student Presents Prestigious Award to Bluebonnet Author
Ella helped present the award with nine other students chosen from around the state, as well as interview the author. This is a very prestigious thing to happen to our school and district. Ella was one of only nine students from around the state of Texas to participate in this ceremony. |
April 17, 2008 - 4th grade student Ella San Miguel represented District 7 at the State Texas Library Association convention Bluebonnet Author awards ceremony. The winning author was Lucy Nolan who wrote Down Girl and Sit On the Road.
