Annoucements:

*** Our first Scholastic Book Fair has now wrapped up, and we appreciate the many volunteers who helped us pull it off.  We're also grateful for your purchases, which help PTA raise money for our school.  We'll do it all again in the spring!

*** Recent library lessons have included several readers' theaters, which provide students  with opportunities to improve fluency, examine the story element of character, and practice speaking in front of a group.

*** Students have begun logging reading minutes towards earning a free ticket to Six Flags this summer.  Students have until the spring to log 360 minutes of recreational reading in order to qualify.  The tickets will arrive at the end of the school year.  See your classroom teacher if you have any questions.

Pre-K - 1st may check out one book at a time. 

2nd - 4th may check out two books at a time.
