Parents,

Let me take the opportunity to thank you for another great year at Icenhower.  We are already looking forward to the 2008-2009 school year.

Ice Camp will be held on August 12 from 9:00 - 12:00.  This orientation gives students who are new to Icenhower a chance to meet some of our staff, learn about our school, and get a feel for being a "Husky".

Schedule pick-up will be held on Thursday, August 21 and Saturday, August 23.  On the 21st, 5th grade students can pick up schedules from 5:00 - 6:15 and 6th grade students can pick up schedules from 6:15 - 7:30.  On this evening, teachers will be available to visit about the upcoming school year.  Teachers will not be available on Saturday, however, we are hopeful that this day provides some flexibility to meet the needs of our parents and students.  We will be open on Saturday from 9:00- 12:00.

Proof of residence is required before a schedule can be given to a student.  This proof of residence can be a gas, water, or electric bill that is dated July or August.  If you can find the time, this bill can be brought to our office beginning on August 4.  A proof of residence ticket will be given to you and you will be able to skip the "proof of residence line" on schedule pick-up night.
