Howdy folks!
We look forward to a new and exciting year that promotes reading and learning through the joy of books. Throughout the school year the library will have a variety of programs/contests for our students to participate.
Book Donation Program:
Celebrate a special event such as your child’s first year at Carol Holt or a birthday or remember someone special. Make a $15.00 donation to our library and you or your child get to choose a book from a special selection to have commemorated with a bookplate. Please contact Teresa Caddell at 817-299-6469 or teresacaddell@misdmail.org for more information.
Here is the book donation form. You can print it out and send it to the school with your payment. Miss Caddell will locate the student, ask them to choose a book and place a bookplate inside the front cover. The student will be able to check out the book to take home and show family.
Battle of the Books :
Here is the schedule of assigned reading for Battle of the Books. Reminder notes will go home at each meeting as well.
