Find Your School
2007-2008 Bus Routes
Welcome to the MISD School Zones & Bus Routes Web Query.
There have been numerous bus route changes and bus number reassignments. PLEASE use this tool to confirm the school your student is eligible to attend and if bus service is available to your address. There is a street map depicting the relationship from your home to the bus stop available also in this system.
The Web Query system presents the same information available to the Transportation Department, so if you call directly, we will be looking at the same data you can find here. Try this first! If for any reason you have difficulty with the Web Query, please e-mail transportation@mansfieldisd.org.
Special Needs or PPCD students receiving transportation as a related service will not be provided here. Once these routes are assigned to drivers, they will be making efforts to contact the parent/guardian of each assigned rider. If you have not been contacted by a driver, please e-mail us at klinde@mansfieldisd.org to ask for bus information.
If your student is enrolled in the Regular Education Pre-Kindergarten program, individualized bus service is only provided during the Midday. Bus service to school in the morning or home from school in the afternoon will be provided along with other Regular students on the schedules posted at the Web Query system.
Using the Web query system
To use Web Query program simply enter the Street Address and press Go. (see graphic below) Web Query helps you match your typed in address with an address in the database by allowing you to enter partial street name. For example, you could enter "2555 lex" to match "2555 Lexington Avenue North." A click on the correct suggestion is needed. What should be displayed are all four schools assigned to your street address.
If the campus code is not highlighted, the text will indicate that the address is within the walking zone.
Enter the Web Query system.
For questions please contact the Transportation Department (817) 299-6060 or Campus Support (817) 299-6360.
Attendance Zones Maps | Update | FAQ
There are MANY CHANGES to bus routes due to the addition of campuses, changes in the Attendance Zones, and the shift of Intermediate Schools to the 8:00 AM bell schedule. Parents will need to check carefully to ensure that they know which bus and pickup location is for their campus.
We also advise that all young students carry with them identification of their address and an emergency phone number, just in case the need arises. Be sure also that your young student has a plan in case they miss the bus. Have the student wait at the bus stop location at a safe place on their side of the street until the bus arrives. If the bus is delayed, have the student wait for a full 30 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time before returning home or to your selected neighbor.
