Red Wibbon Week Activity Includes Visit from DEA Agents
October 25, 2007 - Ponder Elementary students received a visit from the Drug Enforcement Agency as a part of the campus' Red Ribbon Week campaign. DEA agents from the agency spoke to the students regarding living a drug-free life.

Ponder Elementary Celebrates 40 Years
On Saturday, September 15, 2007, the Ponder PTA celebrated Ponder Elementary turning 40 with a carnival. The carnival consisted of a ribbon cutting ceremony and lots of fun games.

L., Daniel W. and Angel F. studied different species of penguins
and their habitats.
At the end of their study, each student drew a life-sized model
of a penguin and wrote a factual poem about the species.

The Mansfield ISD Grant Giveaway Team
visited Alice Ponder Elementary on Wednesday, March 28 to surprise
staff members with Education Foundation Grants for the Spring 2007
