Frontier HS Applications | Announce 1/18 - 1/24 (L. Grommesh)
Applications for Frontier High School are available! Frontier High School is Mansfield ISD’s career and technology high school that offers juniors and seniors the opportunity to be a full-time student in a unique high school setting. Frontier students receive the benefit of focusing on a course of study that is specific to their intended career path. In order to be fully admitted, you must maintain a GPA of 80 or higher throughout your sophomore or junior year. Additionally, you must meet the standards on all EOC exams taken prior to the junior year. If interested, see the Frontier High School website or talk to a counselor.

Hurricane Harvey Help| Announce 1/16-19 (H.Hogue)
Did you know that the damage from Hurricane Harvey is still affecting people in Texas? Did you know that you can still do something about it? We have partnered with other high schools in Mansfield to sell shirts to raise money for students in the Aransas Pass school district. All you have to do is scan the QR code on one of the posters located throughout the building and buy a tshirt for $15! Shirts will be delivered later this month. See Mrs. Hogue in room 2031 for more information or to buy a shirt!

Interested in being in HOG Week 2018 "Peter Ham?" Grab a sign up for any or all of our events. Dodgeball, Powderpuff, and Applications for Cinderfella, BOTC are due Monday, January 22 or Tuesday, January 23. Night of the Arts auditions will be Monday, February 5th at 3pm in room 1320.

College Planning at the PAC | Announce 1/12 - 26 (L. Grommesh)
Keep Calm and Get Your College On! Join us Saturday January 27, 2018 from 8:30-12:30 at The MISD Center for the Performing Arts for a half-day of FREE College planning events, activities, and presentations. The event is open to all MISD High School students in grades 9-12 and their parents and will include the following topics:
- College Prep
- FAFSA/TASFA Prep
- SAT/ACT Prep
- Financial Literacy
- Paths to Scholarships
- Counselor Round table
Doors will open at 8:00 AM. The Welcome Session will begin at 8:40 in the auditorium. There will be 3 rotations for the presentations. There will also be a Mini College Fair from 10:30 AM- 12:30 PM.

Softball Tryouts| Announce 1/9 - 16 (S. Perez)

Timberview's Annual Blood Drive is Monday, Jan 22 all day in the THS Library. Help save lives by donating. Many of the guidelines for donating has changed for younger donors. StuCo will distribute information next week during lunches.
