Community Input & Leadership Profile Development Process
The Mansfield ISD School Board has secured Cambridge Strategic Services to conduct stakeholder input activities to understand broad topics of interest and concerns as well as help develop a leadership profile for seeking a new superintendent.
Please take a few minutes to watch a video message from School Board President, Beth Light on YouTube or on the MISD Video Portal (inside the district network).
The board is seeking observations and suggestions from a variety of stakeholders within the district community to help finalize the leadership profile. This information will then be compiled and reported back to board members so they and the consultant can be clear about what the district needs in its next full-time superintendent of schools.
The educational consultant will conduct forums in the coming weeks at various times of the day for community members and district personnel to provide feedback and suggestions in order to help influence the profile for the school board to help them choose the next superintendent. In addition to these community and staff forums, an online survey will launch mid-April to gather additional district community feedback.
