is M.A.P.S.S.? - Development started in March of 1999 with
a cadre of teachers representing 11 school districts within the
ESC Region XI area.
- Why MAPSS? (Program Purpose) - To develop a parent education program designed to foster and enhance early reading development.

- Support No Child Left Behind (NCLB)
- When are the meetings? - The Program meets 4 times a year, on a Thursday evening, from 7:00 p.m.
to 8:00 p.m.
- Where - Ben Barber Career Tech Academy
- Who can come? - M.A.P.S.S. is for parents of children ages' birth - 4 th grade, attending school in the Mansfield Independent School District, although none will be turned away.
(We have a Spanish Translator available.)
