Students may follow the link below to the textbook site where they can take the online Multiple Choice Quiz for the chapter that we are working on in class. They may take the quiz as many times as they like or until they receive a 100. They should then print out the final "grade" page and bring it to me. It will count as an extra quiz for that chapter. These are DUE the day of the regular quiz for each chapter.

Presidental Charts: We will be watching the series "The Presidents" during class as we cover the individual presidents. The students will be making a presidential book using charts for each of the presidents. Some of the information for these will be in the video, other info will need to be found by the student. The individual charts will be counted as a daily grade. However, upon completion it will count as several test grades as it will represent our countries entire history. The charts are found below incase the students loose the ones given to them in class. However, the ones on this page do not include the campaign buttons that go with the assignment. They will need to borrow someone else's to copy.
Essays: Essays are an important aspect of this class. Both Free Response Questions (FRQ) and Document Based Questions (DBQ) are done during class and are timed. For a general rubric describing the expectations of these essays, please see the attached link.
