The Texas Campus STaR Chart produces a profile of your campus status toward reaching the goals of the Long Range Plan for Technology (LRPT) and No Child Left Behind. All applications for state funded technology grants require a completed campus or district Texas STaR Chart profile to be filed with the application as an indicator of current status and progress and as a formative and/or summative evaluation tool. Campuses must retain documentation of supporting data used to complete the chart.
Deadline for Teacher and Campus STaR Chart Completion: Monday, November 7, 2011 by 4:30 PM
All teachers and librarians are required to complete the Teacher STaR Chart.
The Texas STaR Chart System is open. Teacher and Librarian data has been uploaded.
Use the link below to print your Campus Teacher Roster  and then instruct your teachers and librarian to login http://starchart.epsilen.com/ and complete their chart.

Note: All Returning Teachers will receive an email from "Star Chart" <starchart@tea.tx.us> with their username and password. Campus administrators should provide usernames to new teachers with instructions to login with the username and the generic password which is "password".

Remember, Teacher STaR Charts must be 100% complete before completing the Campus STaR Chart.

Inactive Teachers
Teachers accounts may be set to inactive for the following reasons: maternity leave, sick leave, or no longer with the campus or district. Instructions on How to make a Teacher account inactive.
 
Manage Campus STaR Chart Profile
After logging in to the Campus STaR Chart, Principals can manage the Campus STaR Chart profile by choosing Profile Update. The Principal name should be listed on the Campus Profile page along with principal email address. If the email address is incorrect, principals may correct it. Principals may also change the password for the Campus STaR Chart login by entering that password twice then choosing "Update".

Up to three alternate contacts may be added to assist the Principal with administration of Teacher STaR Chart accounts. Instructions on How to add an Alternate Contact.
