| Coordinate and provide leadership for the testing programs
of the district. Responsible for providing campuses with information and training regarding state testing requirements, procedures, and results. |

| Education/Certification: | |||
| Certified as a teacher in the State of Texas Master’s degree preferred |

| Special Knowledge/Skills: | |||
| Knowledge of Texas Assessment programs Ability to manage budget Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data Ability to conduct staff development Strong communication skills, public relations, and interpersonal skills |

| Experience: | |||
| 3 to 5 years successful classroom teaching experience 3 years experience with Texas assessment programs |

| Major Responsibilities and Duties: | |||
| 1. Plan and coordinate the district assessment/program testing
program 2. Plan, implement, and evaluate assessment with teachers and principals to enhance the learning of all students 3. Serve as a resource for principals and teachers 4. Interact with all campus personnel to promote positive attitudes toward district goals, policies, and testing programs 5. Communicate effectively with colleges, parents, teachers, and administrators |
