| Proficient skills in keyboarding, word processing, and file

| Experience: | |||
| One to three years of secretarial experience preferably in a public education environment or non-profit environment. | |||
| Major Responsibilities and Duties: | |||
| Records, Reports, and Correspondence | |||
| 1. Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, etc., for the Director
and Board of Directors using personal computer. 2. Coordinate Board of Directors meetings and take minutes. 3. Assist in preparing and organizing Foundation marketing materials. 4. Maintain physical and computerized system of donor and alumni information for use by Director, Board of Directors and Alumni Association officers. |

| 5. Perform bookkeeping tasks, including billing, deposits,
credit cards, and tax forms for donors. 6. Assist with the preparation of corporate and foundation grants. 7. Assist with organizing the grant application process for review by the Board of Directors. 8. Assist with the preparation of purchase orders and payment authorizations. |
