Qualifications:
	MISD swim school instructor training (district provided)
	Current CPR and First Aid Certification
	16 years of age or older
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
	Instruct swimming lesson program within the guidelines established by MISD
	Communicate with parents, students, and staff in a professional manner
	Identify pre and post session skill levels in students
	Identify those students eligible for competitive swimming and diving teams
	File class attendance and end of class documentation in a timely manner
	Other duties assigned by the Director of Aquatics
