Nineteen Mansfield ISD Latin students competed at the Texas State Junior Classical League State competition at Lake Travis High School in Austin, TX March 26-27, 2010.
The TSJCL competition hosted over 2,000 students from 80 public and private high schools across the state of Texas.
Students participated in academic, artistic and athletic events.
Seven MISD students won individual awards that qualify them to continue to the National Competition at the University of North Dakota in July 2010. MISD students placed 6th overall in the state competition.
