 The 2008 Shining Star Award nominations are now closed.
The MISD Communications Department is accepting nominations for the inaugural Shining Star Award recognizing exceptional non-teaching staff members.
The Mansfield ISD Shining Star Award honors any individual non-teaching staff (secretaries, aides, cafeteria staff, bus drivers, custodians, maintenance, directors, principals, etc.) for exceptional efforts in being “a shining star” in their contributions and service to the students and staff of the MISD.
Nominations will be accepted from anyone in the MISD community of parents, students, staff, and public.
Please consider nominating a member of the MISD team (who is not a teacher) using the Shining Star Nomination Form  .
The deadline to nominate a member of the MISD staff is Friday, May 9, 2008.
The Shinig Star Award winners will be announced at the 2008 Employee Reception on Monday, May 19 at Summit High School.
Note: Teachers are recognized through the campus and district Teachers of the Year program. |
