This Thursday students will determine the colors and the mascot for the districts fourth high school, Mansfield Legacy.
A committee of 29 students and 11 parents who represent Mansfield High School, Summit High School, Worely Middle School, Howard Middle School, Wester Middle School and Shepard Intermediate School, narrowed the choices down to three of each.
The color choices are:
Black, red and silver
Black, purple and silver
Navy and silver
The mascot choices are:
Mustangs
Broncos
Rough Riders
The final decision will be announced at the MISD September 26, Board Meeting at 7 p.m. All MISD Board meetings are located at 605 E. Broad St., Mansfield in the Board Room. |
